Severe Itching On The Toe. Reason?
my third toe on my left foot itches really bad. the itch is on half of the top of the toe and half of the bottom(on the same side) i scratch it and then five seconds later it itches again so bad that i have to scratch it. there is no bumb, no bite, and its not swollen. it s only red because i ve been scratching it so much. what could it be?

It seems that you might be having some poisonous bite on your toe giving rise to allergy and started itching.
As there is no hole or wound fungal infection is ruled out.
Take tablet Cetrizine once or twice a day for 2 days.
