Severe Joint And Muscles Aches, Chills As Well As Hot Flashes, Full Feeling On Face With Burning. Cause?

Today I have severe joint and muscle aches. My skin even hurts. I am freezing cold then hot. Today my temp fluctuated between 99.7 and 100.5. One side of my face is very full feeling and burns at times. I have no cough or sore throat and I was fine yesterday aside from a burning achy feeling between my shoulder blades which is still persisting.

Hi,
From, history it seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise to malaise, body ache feeling cold.
Take analgesic tablet like paracetamol, ibuprofen combination as and when needed.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
