Welcome to HCM.
Sever leg pain could be due to number of reasons however most common musculoskeletal reasons are disc prolapse, hip joint pathology or sacroiliac joint arthritis? need to know more about the pain. what was the MRI done? I would suggest to get examined by an orthopaedic surgeon to pin point the problem. Thanks.
