Severe Pain Beside Knee, Senseless Skin On Knee Around Pain Area. Pregnant. What Could Be This?

I have sever pain beside my knee. I have no problem during walking or standing. but when I tough my knee I feel a bad pain and burning feeling. the skin of the knee of that area is senseless. there is no redness or any sighn on my knee. can you help me to diagnose it ? I am pregnant also and spend the last days of pregnancy.

If this is what happened first time and not before this was there, then it could be arthritis (Solitary major joint ) and the pregnancy may be the aggravating factor, as you stated here that it is last days going of your gestational period so at this stage you can try some anti inflammatory drug for exact diagnosis x-ray and scanning is needed but this is not possible at the moments because of your pregnancy you will have to wait till the delivery, Have nice day.

This could be nerve related or a local cause. Direct physical examination is required to reach the diagnosis. Taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful. As you are pregnant consult your doctor before taking any medecine or supplements.
