Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen, Vomiting, Delayed Periods, Heavy Bleeding, Stomach Upset. Is This A Miscarriage?

Hello,
I was 3 1/2 weeks late for my period, and I've been throwing up for about a week and a half on and off during the day. I woke up this morning to a lot of blood, and I can't keep anything that I drink down. I've got moderate to severe pain in my lower abdomen, lower back and an extremely upset stomach. Do you think this is a miscarriage? And if so, is it something I need to go to my Dr. for?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The delay on periods with a heavy bleeding can be due to a miscarriage or a hormonal imbalance. You can detect this with the help of a urine for pregnancy test. The pain in the lower abdomen could be related to normal menstruation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
