After going through your query, i would like to know what was the reason for putting on crown on that tooth...was it carious(decayed).
If it was decayed then before placing crown did you underwent
root canal treatment for that tooth.
You also mentioned about a lump below the tooth, was it present before the placement of crown or afterwards
The pain you are going through could b because of -
1- High point on the crown which might be leading to traumatic occlusion during eating
2- Incorrect preparation of the tooth on which crown is placed Because of which on biting you are facing pain.
It is advised that you consult your
dentist and ask him to reduce the high points on the crown, on doing this your pain would be relived.
An opinion of an E.N.T. can also be helpful
Please avoid eating any thing hard from that side and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
