Severe Painful Cramps Followed By High Fever, Swelling Of Hands And Feet. Taking Naproxen. Medical Cure For This?

I have severe painful cramps and I am currently trying evening primrose but I also need to keep taking naproxen for the pain. My question is there a drug interaction between the two. And is there anything else you could recommend, currently I have debilitating pain followed by high fever, swelling of hands and feet and it is not tolerable anymore, but I have been suffering with this since the onset of my period and it has continued to be this bad for 20 years, is there a cure for me out there or should I consider a hysterectomy.

first there is no drug interaction between two as first one is herbal origin.

For pain considering your above history you can take ,

tb Amrutta guggulu 2tbs twice a day with water
tb kaishor guggulu 2tbs twice a day with water
Avipattikar choorna 1 tsf at night

try to avoid constipation.
take simple vegetarian diet.

You would be really free from pain and no need of hysterectomy.
