Severe Stomach Pain With Episode Of Black Out, Diarrhea. Body Becomes Stiff. Reason?
Hi,
I m 30 Yrs Old Female. I have healthy lifestyle not a single history of unconsciousness. But last year i shifted to Bangalore and started my own business in IT. Everything is fine with health except 2 incidents which happened last year n this year too. Last year when i was traveling on bike i felt like strong stomach pain with feeling of going for motion and after few seconds i went unconscious. As per my business partner my body was stiff and no body could lift me up till the time i gain my senses. after that i had heavy loose motion only for once. The same incident repeated this year too. Same stomach pain with unconsciousness. I m worried. Would like to know why this happens.

The abdominal pain and stiffness could be due to dehydration of a nervous system problem. I would request you to visit a neurologist who might want to conduct a CT or MRI of the brain along with an EEG (electroencephalography).
The diarrhea could be a sign of a stomach upset, but only one episode is quite unsubstantiated. It could also be a case of poisoning, and a few other possibilities, but without an elaborate examination, I would not want to dig deeper. Please visit a neurologist and an internal medicine specialist at the earliest.
