Hi there Cheyenne.
Firstly, one needs to know how long after sex these lesions all developed? The thigh bumps, throat pain, tongue issues can all be linked to a viral infection most likely herpes infection going by your history (assuming the rash appeared 2-5 days after sexual contact) & clinical description. The fact that the other girl was a virgin, does not mean she did not have herpes1 infection; the drugs issue probably means this guy cannot be trusted to even remember the 'morning after'..so his word for not having a prior infection needs be taken with a pinch of salt. Please do visit a dermatologist/venereologist close to your home & perhaps best to start some form of oral antiviral therapy depending on your current clinical picture & perhaps a IgG/IgM test for herpes1&2 viruses is in order. Should you require to discuss further, please do consult us on the 'ask-a-specialist' premier package & you will be routed directly to yours truly should you so wish & may even upload your photographs of afflicted regions discretely & in private. In the interim, please practice safe sex & Good Luck!

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have oral sex too.? if yes then it may lead to infection of tongue.
The thigh bumps also due to result of this infection.
If you do not have oral sex then there are other reason of your tongue irritation.
for that you have to consult your doctor.
thanks.
