Shaking In Right Calf, Bigger Right Testes, Itching In Penis. Have UTI. On Pyridium, Niftronat. Advice

I am suffering from uti.due to this my right leg calf part is continuous eheking.my right testiclesize has slightly bigger.I am now taking pyridium in morning&night after food and niftronat noon.I am feeling gastrosis also.due to uti pennies is itching.during medication I feel relief. I do take alcohol for which symptoms are aggrevating.please advise about my drugs. Rao hyderabad .

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of right testis (Orchitis) due to UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Use of H2 receptor antagonist like Ranitidine will help to combat hyper acidity due to drugs.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
