Shared Room With A Person Infected With Hepatitis. Contagious?
hi , I shared house with a young person who has chronic hepatitis and I did not know. he often had headaches and when he went to the doctor he got antibiotics which was worrying but i did not pay it much attention. I have no idea of which form of hep he has. How may I know if I am at risk?(He was once in a situation with poor sanitation and living conditions.)
There are four types of Hepatitis and are different from each other. Common hepatitis spread through food and drink articles if these things are unhygienic., You don;t have to worry too much unless you ate some of the food which the infected person handled unhygienic. Hepatitis B spread through infusion of blood and is more dangerous. Consult a doctor if still in doubt. Good luck
