hello and welcome to hcm forum, i would be glad to answer your query, first of all i would like to inform you that headaches which last longer and occur frequently, are usually migraines, but in order to rule out the diagnosis you will have to visit your doctor(physician). migraine headaches are associated with nausea and vomiting, being in dark provides relief. you have not mentioned anything about your medical history, does anybody in your family have migraine, as it has a hereditary cause also. If its a migraine, it is curable, therefore do not worry and visit a doctor to get diagnosed. i wish you good health,take care.
