Sharp Headaches, Pain In Legs, Ears, Teeth, Dizziness, Unable To Speak Properly. Treatment?

I have sharp and instant headaches that are ongoing throughout the day. They are very painful and I m only 15 I m female, and as far as I know I have no other head pain disorder. Other things I notice when these headaches occur is that my legs, ears and teeth will ache. I become dizzy and can t stand straight. Even sometimes can t speak properly. Do you know what this is and what I can do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Migraine
2. Cluster headache
3. Tension headache
4. Sinus headache (due to sinusitis)
5. Underlying systemic cause like Hypertension, etc.

Though symptomatic relief can be obtained with pain killers, unless the underlying cause is treated, symptoms will keep recurring.

So, kindly consult your Physician & get a proper clinical examination done.
Investigations like estimation of blood pressure levels, complete blood count, X ray of para nasal sinus & CT scan of brain will be helpful.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
