Should I Be Concerned For Feeling Weakness In Arms, Numbness, Tingling Sensation With Pins And Needles In Fingers?

My arm feels weak, numb and tinging sensation plus pins and needle in my fingers. This all started about a week and half and I am worried. I have been taking pain killer but no luck. I always sleep with my arms underneath the pillow but my symptoms gets worse at the moment. I am planning to see my doctor tomorrow as I am worried it's not something serious.
Thanks

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this type of complain indicates many clinical conditions and that is all to be differentiated from each other and for that clinical examination is very important, here you did not say about gender and age otherwise I would do something for you, still I would advise you to have steroid "Prednisolone" 10 mg three times in day for three days then after reduce the dose by 10 mg every after three days and this way finish last course of 10 mg tab once in day for three days, this will come around and no need to worry.
