Should I Be Concerned For The Drastic Changes In BP Even After Medication?

I am post heart attack 3-1/2 years ago and take metoprolol 25mg, valsartan & HCTV 80 & 12.5mg,pantoprozole 40mg,Lipitor 40mg, eltroxin 100 mcg and 81mg aspirin. I have been getting very erratic BP readings over the past few months. I always take 3 readings and the take the average, seems to be 153/87 pulse varies from 49 - 86 - I am quite worried, should I have these numbers when I am already taking a medication to prevent this condition. I am 64 year old female.

u medications r fine.
but following a heart attack the BP is kept at the lowest tolerable level which varies from person to person.
ur BP fluctuations also depend on ur thyroid control state, ur ejection fraction and ur salt intake.
be bothered of the early morning BPs only when u get up fresh from bed and late night BP as u get into bed.
heart rate is usually kept 60-80 after a heart attack.
at ur age following there will be a lot of fluid retention following menopause.
u need a holistic approach.
get back to me with more details and I can help u out.
Gid Bless u madam
