Should I Be Concerned If I Have Dizziness After Head Injury?

I just got hit on the crown of my head, force coming from the front. I was fine initially, but after about 30 min, I am starting to feel dizzy. And the dizziness seems to be worsening, especially when walking and standing. Now it is 45 min after the incident.

Is there a cause for concern? Thank you.
