Should I Be Worried About Little Blood On Skin After A Flu Shot?
HI, i was given a flu shot at my nearest walgreens about 5 hours ago. When i returned home, 3 hours later, i removed the bandaged and discovered that there was a little blood on my skin and on the bandage from where i was given the shot. Should i be concered and make an appoinment to see my doctor or will i be ok>>
Relax , the blood could be due to non application of pressure after giving the shot or improper removal of the needle which can cause a tear in the tissue.
If the bleeding has stopped ,there is nothing to worry . If persistent you can consult a doctor.
Thanks and regards
