Should I Be Worried About My Mouth Which Can Occur Scar ?
I am 26 year old male, 6ft tall 175 lb. medical history pretty normal a few minor surgeries. The specific incident involves eating hot food. I burned my mouth pretty severly. but i gargeled with salt water and had no infection. What i am concerd about is i am worried that the inside of my mouth will be scar for the extremely hot food is that a normal occurance when someone eats hot food?

Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic. You should not worry about your mouth membranes getting burned as scaring of mucosa of inside of mouth is rare due to burns from hot food. And moreover the mucosal layers of mouth are continously regenerating which further reduces persistence of any scar. So dont be anxious about it. Wish you good health.

first i have to know ur oral habits whether ur pan chewer or cigarette smoker if ur then u have to check with dentist ur buccal mucosa ,cheeks if not then may be small ulcer in ur mouth that may got irritated due to hot foods
