Should I Be Worried About Raised, White, Painless Pimple On Back Of Tongue?

Hi, I have a raised white pimple like sore that doesn't hurt on the back left side of my tongue near the molars. I also had a canker sore on the back of my soft palette. My dentist said a week ago that it was an inflamed papillae, but it still hasn't gone away. Should I be worried?

HI,
thanx for your query.Nothing to worry, this white pimple like sore may be because of any sharp tooth structure hurting your tongue or check for stress or if you have taken any citrus fruits resulting in slight abrasion of tongue. check for your diet ,take nutritional diet rich in iron, folic acid ,vit b12,zinc.
hope this is helpful.
