Should I Consult The Doctor For The Ear Pain And Fever In A 4 Year Old?

Hi my daughter of 4 1\2 years was spinning on a kid s playground when she banged her head quite hard against another child on her ear on Thursday 10th and has had earache since it happened it s now Saturday the 12th she has been off her food a little and has a slightly high temp should I take her to see someone please? thank you Sarah Briggs.

Ear pain(otalgia) with fever may be due to otitis media or upper respiratory tract infection. You should consult doctor and go for examination. she need antibiotics treatment and paracetamol to control fever. Take treatment according to your doctor's advice.
