Should I Continue With Gluconorm And Rosavel For High Blood Sugar Level?

Hello My fasting sugar level is 349 and post meal is 547.
Doctor recommended me Janumet 50/500 and Gluconorm G1 tablets along with Rosavel A150

After 2 days my fasting level shows 114. What do you recommend for long run . Should I continue taking the medicines without using insulin

Hello,

Your blood sugar is fluctuating. So blood sugar as to be monitored very closely. Based on the blood sugar value I will advice my patient. In your case if the blood sugar is maintained around 114 than OH A'S will be sufficient.
