Should I Go To ER If I Have Pain After Tooth Extraction?

Had a tooth extracted last Friday went back to dentist with extreme pain. Had a bad infection and a dry socket she gave me pain meds that don't work and antibiotic that has done nothing so far. I m still in extreme pain and concerned about infection spreading. My jaw, face, head and ear hurt as weel as some pain starting in my neck. Should I go to er?

Hi...yes you should... and take iv antibiotics before the infection spreads further...and causes complications
