Should I Worry About Headaches And Migraines Persistent In Spite Of Taking Ibuprofen?

I had a terrible headache that lasted about 5 hours and one point it was excruciating. I took ibuprophen and it subsided a little. My eyes are still slightly sensitive and I have some pain in my temples. should I worry at this point or is it just a migrane?

It seems from the history that you are having headache and you are on treatment with analgesic drugs like ibuprofen.
Headaches have got variety of causes and all headaches needs to be evaluated by doctor to look for the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
The common causes for headache are refractive error, sinusitis and primary headaches like migraine....
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
