Should Zydol Be Taken Before Co-codamol?

I have just been prescribed Zydol 50mg (twice daily) to take for pain relief from leg ulcers. I am currently taking 6 x 30/500mg Co-codamol per day (once in the morning, lunch time and evening) and 3 x 400mg Ibuprofen if required during the day. I am not sure when to take the Zydol. Do I take it before co-codamol?

Hello,

The usual dose of tramadol is one or two 50mg capsules taken up to three times a day.

Co-codamol tablets contain two painkillers; codeine and paracetamol. Zydol is nimuslide and is painkiller too.

So, they should be spaced. See your dr.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
