Should Child Be Taken To Hospital For Fever, Inability To Walk, Dizziness, Nausea, And Blurred Vision?

My son has a temp of 94.1 and cannot walk. He is very unbalanced when walking due to being dizzy. He has nausea and is throwing up. He is complaining that his vision is also blurry. Do I need to take him to the hospital. He went to the doctors yesterday and they told us he had an upper respiratory infection. He has been sick since Thursday of last week also.
