Should I Be Concerned As My Chest Hurts After A Punch?

I got punched in the center of my chest super hard the other night, it hurt and hurt and hurt that night woke up the next day and it hurts if I stretch to far a way the obviously muscle that's lead to the Chest, it hurts if I do that, and if I sneeze, that's the worst. Cough, yawn it ain't horrid pain but it sucks to say the least. Just wanna make sure it ain't serious

The type of pain you are describing occurs in muscular injury , as is evidenced by punch on your chest.
I suggest you to get an Xray Chest to confirm , any fracture of ribs.
You may use local pain killer gels , hot fomentation , and if severe pain , then oral NSAIDs may be considered with doctor's guidance.
