Should I Be Concerned Of Having A Sore Lump After A Fall?

Hi about feb this year My son fell frm a window and sustaind a Head injury which left him wth a nasty scar.Just overnite a lump the size of a golf ball has formed over part of his scar tissue which is squishy feeling but sore im exstreamly concerned.

Hi,

It seems that your son may be having post traumatic hypertrphic scar. Probably keloid may be deveveloped. Do not worry. Consult dermatologist. After correct diagnosis, he might suggest proper treatment. Intralesional steroid injection or hyaluronidase application may be suggested. If scar revision is needed, he may suggest plastic surgeon consultation. I hope you got my answer.
