Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
I will answer the latter question first. I think you should definitely meet a doctor.Only a doctor will be able to examine you and make out the extent of damage.
The possibility is high that the fall caused you to cause a jerk, especially to the neck/back. This may have caused some
nerve compression which may have been causing the symptoms of
tingling and
numbness. Therefore it is essential that you be examined by a doctor to make sure this is ruled out.
From the query, I am not sure about your gender and age. But elderly and women commonly have
osteoporosis. And the condition may occur easily in the patient if such thing preexist.
There is a chance that this is just a slowly withdrawing sign of pain and numbness etc.
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further. Best of luck.
I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.
