Hi, I just received an echocardiogram report which shows: left ventricle, normal; left atrium normal, right ventricle normal, right atrium- normal, SEPTUM - INTER ATRIAL SEPTAL ANEURYSM BOWING INTO RA. NO SHUNT.
Aortic valve, normal. Trace mount of aortic insufficiency, Mitral valve - normal, Tricuspid Valve, Trace regurg,
Pulmonic valve, normal, pericardium no effusion, aorta, root and ascending, normal.
I am 50 year old, post congenital coarc of aorta corrected in 1982 (age 18). Should I worry about the ASA. Should I consider removing same. TY
