Should I Be Worried Of Absence Of Fetal Pole And Cardiac Activity During 5 Weeks Pregnancy?

I had my first tvs and doctors find that I m in 5 weeks and 5 days every thing is normal but they didn't find a fetal pole and no cardiac activity I really want to know that is it normal bcz I m so scared.it is my first pregnancy in my 3 1/2 year marriage

Thanks for your query,
If TVS find that you are 5 weeks and 5 days yolk sac must be visible.
Is too early to find cardiac activity.
You should wait one week to 10 days for another TVS to determine that your pregnancy is normal or is blighted ovum.
