Should I Be Worried Of Having Pus Cells And Epithelial Cells In Urine Test?

sir i made a urine test in which my microscopic examination was the puscells was 4-6 /hpf ,rbc nil,epthelial cells 6-8 /hpf ,casts nil,crystals nil,others absent and my age is 16 weight 48 i am a boy i just want to know abt is there any problem with my puscells and epthelial cells

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection.
Normally urine doesn't contain pus cells.Pus cells,RBC,epithelial cells indicate towards UTI.
You need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity test.
Ultrasound of KUB region should also be done.
Alkalizing syrup should also be given to change PH of urine.
Get well soon.
