Should I Consult A Doctor As I Am Having Painful Migraines, Dizziness, Nausea And Decreased Hearing?

I've had extremely painful migraines the past year. (Today I just have pressure, no pain.) it comes dizziness, nausea, confusion, my vision gets shaky, difficulty speaking (at times) and my hearing has decreased a lot. I don't know why but when the headache is really bad, I get very tired and my personality almost changes from happy to I don't want to talk to you. My aunt is a nurse and says it's nothing, but lately it's been getting worse. Should I make an appt to see a nearby doctor?

Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Considering severity of your symptoms you should visit nearby physician. Although migraine attacks are not dangerous but they impaired quality of life.

With treatment there is significant reduction in frequency and severity of attacks.

You should also consult for progressive hearing loss which is unusual in migraine.
