Should I Consult A Doctor Immediately As I Noticed Little Yellowish Pus Coming From The Stitches After A Surgery?
Hello doctor, I just had a minimally invasive cardiac surgery 10 days back.. i have dis solvable stitches, which i m have concerns with Apparently they got wet in water today & since then there is little yellowish pus coming within it . Do i need to consult any physician immediately? Is it something serious?
I would like to suggest to consult immediately to your cardiac surgeon because this is typical for wound infection and if untreated may lead to more severe post surgery complication.
Hope it was of help! DR. Benard
