Should Increased Level Of Urination After Bladder Surgery Be A Concern?
I just had a surgery for lifting of my bladder 3 weeks ago. My bladder was in to the vagina and was causing pressure. I did urinate frequently but had very little leakage. Now 3 weeks following surgery I am leaking urine much more than before. Is this normal? Do you feel something might have gone wrong with the surgery. I am healing well, no pain, no bleeding or infection occurred. Only the leakage.
Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
Yes, this is normal after such short period postsurgery so you should not be worried. it shoul dstabilize within 6 weeks after surgery, YOu should just avoid inercourses and drink raspberry tea or juice and it will be fine.
