Should Increased Level Of Urination After Bladder Surgery Be A Concern?

I just had a surgery for lifting of my bladder 3 weeks ago. My bladder was in to the vagina and was causing pressure. I did urinate frequently but had very little leakage. Now 3 weeks following surgery I am leaking urine much more than before. Is this normal? Do you feel something might have gone wrong with the surgery. I am healing well, no pain, no bleeding or infection occurred. Only the leakage.
