Thank you for asking on HCM
If I was your consulting physician i would suggest the following:
1. Soft tissue injury over the right side of your head may be the reason of the pain and pain going into the eye and feeling of dizziness. If there is swelling and tenderness over the area that was hit it is due to the hit.
2. If there is no tenderness and swelling on the side that was hit and the pain did not start after the blow, it is possible that it is migraine.
3. In any of the case i would suggest x-ray skull to rule out any hairline fracture.
4. You may start Tab Diclofenac (1 tab every 12 hours). It is a pain killer and will help reduce the pain.
I hope you find this helpful.
