Shoulder Pain, Difficulty Lifting Hand. Taken Ibuprofen And Pantoprazole. Blood In Stool, Weakness. Connected?

I had severe shoulder pain 2 days ago. I cannot make my left hand even slight up. I took ibuprofen once a day with pantoprazole for 3 days. But now its ok. This morning I saw blood in the stool. I am feeling little bit of weakness. Is there any connection between the pain in the shoulder and blood in the stool. Do I need to go to hospital or its kind of normal. Please suggest me what should I do next.

Hi, the shoulder pain could be due to arthritis, and the blood in the stools may be due to amoebiasis or hemorrhoids, if it is repeated you can consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
For pain of the shoulder you should see the orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI, for confirmation.
Thank you.
