Small Child, Stomach Infection, Vomiting, Loss Of Appetite. Treatment Options?

Hello. My 3 year old son had a stomach bug a couple days ago. He threw up quite a bit through the night. The next day, he seemed to be doing better but with little appetite . He still complains of feeling sick when he wakes up from his naps and when he gets up in the morning. He s been pretty lethargic for a couple days now and still has no appetite. Is there anything we can do for him? Thanks.

Hi,
Most of the time it is viral infection and will take time.
The lethargy may be due to losing some salts from the body from vomiting.
give the child some oral electrolytes like electrobion powder or pedialyte and give Somme time for him to recover.
Good luck
