AFTER I HAD MY SON A YEAR AGO I HAVE BEEN GETTING A SMALL LUMP BESIDE MY BELLY BUTTON IT FEELS LIKE A BABY S FOOT KICKING THROUGH AS IF I AM PREGNANT BUT THE PAIN IS INTENSE BUT IT COMES AND GOES. AND SOMETIMES I MAY MAKE A SUDDEN MOVE AND IT FEELS LIKE IT POPS AND THE LUMP WILL DISAPPEAR AND THE PAIN IS GONE BUT IT COMES BACK. I HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO GET A DR. TO CHECK IT OUT BUT IT IS REALLY STARTING TO WORRY ME
Hi
I hope you are feeling better.
According to your history this is probably a paraumblical hernia. The lump that appears is abdominal contents coming through an opening in between your abdominal muscles.
The best remedy for you will be an examination by general surgeon and if hernia is confirmed an operation will be done.
in the mean time just do not put pressure on your abdomen too much and when your sneeze, cough put a hand on your abdomen where the lump comes out.avoid picking heavy objects.
Avoid stress and relax your body
Good luck and get well soon
Best regards,
Dr.Anum
