Sore Foot With Swelling Due To The Bee Bite. Should I Consult The Doctor?

Yesterday afternoon I was stung by a bee on the bottom side of my big toe. It stung a little at first but then felt better after washing and applying antiseptic. Today my whole toe and up into the the top of my foot is swollen and slightly red. The bottom of my foot hurts to step on it. Should I have it checked or wait it out?
