Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of sore stomach, thunder like noises of the stomach along with headache, dizziness, pain at the back, stiff neck suggest gastritis.
As you have mentioned that you have been diagnosed with alcoholic gastritis, it seems that these symptoms of gastritis have aggravated due to alcohol.
The symptom of something moving higher up suggest hiatus hernia.
Hiatus hernia is pulling up of the stomach into the thorax and regurgitation of the acid secretions.
An upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy needs to be done to confirm the diagnosis of hiatus hernia.
In order to suppress the symptoms, lie down with head raised. Avoid food atleast two hours before sleeping and you can take antacids.
If the symptoms are not controlled by antacids, you can tale proton pump inhibitors.
Avoid alcohol completely as its usage will aggravate the condition.

Thanks and take care
