Sore Lump On Clitoris. Why Does It Hurt Do Bad? Pop It?
My clitoris is not swollen. There is a marble size hard extremely sore lump. It hurts really bad. I ve never had this before. There are no sores or bumps its just the one spot and it feels like its on the inside when I touch it. I can not feel it from the inside of my vigina. The pain is similar to a very sore pimple that isn t ready to pop. Although it doesn t look like a pimple at all. The pain is sharp and very sore .. What is going on!?

I hear you. This lump you mention is most probably an infection of one of the clitoral or nearby glands (of which there are aplenty in the vaginal vestibular region)! I understand the pain you must feel. It is unclear to me from which part of the world you hail & hence unable to tell you if you will need a doctor's prescritpion for the following. Please take metronidazole 400mg three times/day & Ibuprofen 600mg three times a day for a 3 day period coupled with a single dose of fluconazole 200mg (one dose one time). This should help you out & relieve you of said symptoms. If in 36 hrs , you dont observe any relief, please go visit a gynecologist or dermatologist to examine the lesion & perhaps will require it to be lanced & drained! Cheers & Good Luck!
