Hi, Thanks for posting your query. With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of acute viral upper respiratory tract infection with myalgia. Presence of body ache, cold suggests the diagnosis. At times viral infection may also cause arthritis by deposition of antigen- antibody complex with complement reaction. You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up. You should go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and chest x ray. You should take complete antibiotic course, mucolytics, decongestants. You should take analgesics along with muscle relaxants for relief of your symptoms.
