Hello,

Sore breast and stomach cramp may be associated with early sign of miscarriage (sometimes mistaken as period). Other pelvic pathology like endometriosis, pelvic infection are to be ruled out. Do one TVS scan and blood test for beta-hCG to evaluate completely. After that, you can consult with your doctor.
