Soreness In Breasts, Increase In Breast Size, Fatigue, Bloating, Mild Fever. Hormonal Problems?

I am 48. I experience soreness in my breasts several times a month and it lasts for days. My breasts have increased by 2 cup sizes in the last 5 years. Now I also experience fatigue, bloating and long periods of what could be a low grade fever. This is different from hot flasshes that I have also experienced. I am sure this is all hormonal and may be triggered by certain foods. Although I have not been able to pinpoint which foods. What can I do.
