Spasm After Doing Decline Bench Pressing With Much More Weight Than Normal. How To Reduce Pain?
i was decline bench pressing with much more weight than normal and my arm pit right side was spasming really wierd and i thought my shoulder came out of its socket. i sat up and moved my arms around and i think it went back into place but never heard a pop. im in some pain and im thinking maybe give it a week or so before i jump to see a doctor. what do you think it could be?

Your complaints are suggestive of severe spasm of scapular stabilizers.....
BENCH PRESS is a action of Serratus Anterior muscle..... and this muscle is more prone to get injured in you....
If you have pain and tenderness now then you have to opt for cryo pack with vapo coolent spray and rest at least for 4-5 days......
In case it does not subside you need to consult your sports Physio and get examined clinically......
