I AM 41 YEARS FEMALE,MIR REPORT OF MY SPINE SHOWS THE FOLLOWING DISCREPANCIES:
LOW LYING TETHERED CORD SEENCONUS ENDS AT L3 A SMALL SYRINX IS SEEN AT D 12 LEVEL. CORD IS VERTICALLY SPLIT INTO TWO HALVES AT D12-LI S/O DIASTEMATOMYELIA FATTY FILUM TERMINATE SEEN I HAVE BACKACHE AND LEG PAIN FROM LAST 1 YEAR ,DOCTORS HAVE ADVISE ME FOR SPINAL SURGERY KINDLY ADVISE THAT THIS SURGERY IS NECESSARY AND SAFE.
