Spot On Chest, Dark Brown Smelly Pus Comes After Squeezing

I have a spot on my upper chest its flat not like a bump but when I squeeze it dark brown puss comes out and it smells really bad its been There for 5 years that spot on myskin has smelled bad the whole time but just In the last few weeks when I happened to squeeze it is when the puss came out I now squeeze it everyday and the smelly puss comes out what could this be?

Hi welcome to HCMForum. it is a sebacious cyst with super infectin of anaerobic infection. it usually drains out by it self. if not requirs drainage by surgeon.
you have to use aerobic
