Spotting After Periods Ended, Constipation, Bloating, Lower Stomach Pressure, Lower Back Cramps, Brown Bleeding

My period was on time last month but it ended three days early lasting only 4 days when its usually 7days, 2wks later I spotted red tinged like blood ,I was constipated,bloated,gas,pressure in lower stomach causing me to have to empty often,cramps lower back&front like ,I still have cramps today but now I'm wiped brown blood this morning if this is my period I wasn't expecting it until 3days later on the 3rd of june

Such symptoms can be caused by a disease which can affect uterine and bowels together. It can be a pregnancy, endometriosis, ovarian issue. Lower back pain and lower stomach pain can be a symptom of urinary tract infection. This can be related to some other condition which is causing your strange bleeding.

I suggest you to do not wait anymore. Please visit your doctor, have abdominal ultrasound, abdominal X-ray, urine analysis, blood work, pregnancy test. Gynecologist should be also visited and transvaginal ultrasound done.
