Sprained Ankle While Skiing, Swelling, No Bruising, Severe Pain In Toes. Cure For Pain?

Hello just a quick question. I sprained my ankle quite badly whilst skiing in February. My ankle swelled but did not bruise . Now over the last few days my toe next to the little toe is getting severe pins and needles and are really bad if I put on higher heeled shoes, I am female by the way lol. If I rub around the edge of my ankle bone it is very tender on one side, any suggestions. Thank you.

Hi
welcome to HCM

The ankle strain most probably have strained your nerve which feels referred pain through its distribution to you little toe. Normal anti inflammatory drugs along with vitamin B complex are effective. physiotherapy of knee is also recommended

Thanks
