Sprained Left Ankle While Playing Sport. Why Dizziness When I Exercise?
Two weeks ago I sprained my left ankle while playing basketball after i jumped up and fell hard on the floor. My ankle swelled all around. I put some ice and also used heat pads. Most the the swelling is now gone but still some little sharp pain and i feel some dizziness everytime when I exercise my ankle. what could be the problem?

i am glad you wrote in, according to your query it seems that your body weight got completely over your ankle which sprained it.in such cases, we advise a complete rest for atleast 3 weeks, as the ligament gets teared and it takes 2-3 weeks to get repaired naturally.
dizziness is not at all associated with the ankle, until you injured your head also, i hope that did not happen.
i advise you to take some rest, avoid exercising for a week, if in case the pain does not go, then visit an orthopedics .
